I think there's a lot of overthinking here. T needed the segment of voters that would vote for RFK JR. He got those and now never intends on there being another fair election and so just doesn't give a shit about the rabble anymore. RFK probably believes his own BS, but T is just there for money.

Every project he was involved in had lines that just killed. I remember finding Police Squad! in a rental store and trying to keep it forever.
