Our girls with spay incontinence have been on compounded DES, and it works very well.

Probably too late for spay incontinence, but could be a UTI. I had an incontinent male (blind/deaf, cognitive problems). We put down flannel-backed tablecloths everywhere with sheets and blankets over the top. We did a LOT of laundry. Also waterproof dog bed covers. There's always a way.
