They know you are locked into the Apple ecosystem so they mess with you just enough not to stop the cash flowing, with what they think are small changes for the better. They have been sneaking in features from Android to try to keep users from switching too. Some changes make sense and others don't.

I hope there is a real difference between blender scores this time around.

Thanks. That was my GF's daughter's very first PC build too ( PC build for my birthday ). She did 99% of the work and I guided her. I got her into blender a year ago too. I'm planning on giving her this to replace her Dell Opti 5050 i7, 32GB of RAM, GTX1650. So we can do another build together.
