RIP John Prescott. I was always sceptical of him as a politician, speaking as one of his constituents for many years. I did however spend some time with him during his campaign to be Police & Crime Commissioner for Humberside in the 1st elections. A true statesman and a real man for the people.

In a bid to be more active on here than I was on twitter, here's an article I wrote some time ago now. journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/.... At a basic level it's about white-collar boxing, and begins to clear up that this form of boxing has a misleading name.
