Not actually the player model. The model shown in the above screenshot is a character named "c00lkidd", one of the killers you can play as. This is what the model actually looks like.
This seems to be more an issue of Roblox not having depth textures & such, thus necessitating higher model detail.

Am I allowed to cheat. I'm gonna cheat. By technicality, she counts, because she's completely exclusive to DBFZ and even though her human counterpart exists in canon (AFTER SHE WAS INTRODUCED IN DBFZ) Android 21 herself never shows up outside of a fighting game. Teehee
