The idea here to have left/right versions, and the wands will be interchangeable (I think that's the word?) meaning you wont be stuck with specific wands per garter design! Whichever wands your spellcasters tend to use, you'll be able to mix and match ;p

It's just dumb here because the kit set this scarf similarly to a necklace, so it 'hides under' all these coats... usually scarves dont do that irl 💀

Not a dumb question! From my understanding, part flags are what restricts certain items from showing up based on clothing. So a ring with proper part flags will be hidden when a glove is applied. I dont believe it restricts frames, but ive also not encountered a part flag specific to frames yet 🤔
