For further context on the first point, short form videos that had little impressions meant the video wasn’t serving anyone in an above average way. Therefore, they don’t continue to show case said videos to people.

And are testing to see if the same things can be applied to long form videos. As shorts enjoyers are sticky and stay on the platform longer.

There’s only 2 conclusions that I can draw from this information. (More context on these later) 1. The videos where there is little testing early on, shows you that the video is under preforming. 2. YouTube has found that the shorts algorithm is very good at serving their customers.
