I’ll always set my watch to the time at home as soon I get on the plane. Then start working to that time and you know what you have to work with/when to sleep/or to stay awake for as long as you can! Good luck.

Spikey massage ball has done the trick in past for me. Though now use my theragun which is similar but more painful 😂
