Nothing says ‘patriot’ like rolling over and letting a bully, bully. McSweeney again I expect.

You’d think a bloke with such high principles would criticise his club for signing Isak. Geordies had a striking player who clearly knew what he wanted and how to get it. Salah wants to play. Isak refused to play. Presumably Liverpool assured him that wasn’t a problem. The hypocrisy from Carragher!

2 on the ends must have done something very wrong so they can’t have a flag!

She is a politician of course, just not an elected one. Her politics are plain for all to see.

She’s the pivot point at which the post war consensus was replaced by ‘we’re all selfish’ and the UK was lost. Got away with it because ex LA housing was cheap to buy. We’re not laughing now. The worst PM of my lifetime, just a front for some nasty right wing handlers.

Nothing says patriot these days more than running our country down and playing into the hands of our enemies. Her vanity has led her to a position where she’ll say anything in an attempt to stay relevant.

If he doesn’t want anything it presumably means he’s paying for something he’s already had?

On that we agree 100%. The middle ranked teams in the EPL are all pretty average this season as far as I can see. Had we not thrown points away v AFCB, Fulham we’d be one of those teams.

I think Red Bull are minority share holders at 10% ish. Not sure Rangers currently 4th in a 2 horse race are a great example 😉 It’s always acceptable to change a manager providing a) the new manager is a genuine improvement & b) the old manager is allowed to leave with dignity imo.

Think you’ll find it’s more popular than you think. WHU are our actual rivals just now.
December 4, 2025 at 9:30 PM
I actually said Bielsa was a 3 off & he was nothing to do with our current owners. One of few things our Director of Football got right. And I’m saying dump Farke get better is easily said but tough to deliver. As for knowing football, you presumably mean NFL?

The only way to bring an elite manager to Lufc I’d suggest is to find one on the way up, before they’re elite. Our board, imo, is incapable of such an appointment. Just look at the ‘so called’ runners & riders - Gary O’Neil for goodness sake.
December 4, 2025 at 7:55 PM
Not as simple as that with FFP (or whatever it’s called these days). The wealthiest club in the country arguably the Geordies. They sit only 5 points above us. I’d suggest they don’t have an elite manager and couldn’t hold on to their top player. Lufc not the attractive job you’re convinced it is.
December 4, 2025 at 7:43 PM
You think a relegation battle, at a yo yo club with a limited squad and a cast of 1,000s ownership structure is an attractive proposition for an elite manager?
December 4, 2025 at 7:04 PM
We’ve had only 3 truly outstanding managers in my lifetime - Revie/Wilko/Bielsa. We’ve had even fewer outstanding owners. What makes you think our current owners, I doubt anyone would describe them as outstanding, are capable of finding the ‘silver bullet’ manager you believe is out there?
December 4, 2025 at 2:02 PM
Wouldn’t one or two injuries to our small squad mean any manager would be ‘bang in trouble’?
December 4, 2025 at 9:02 AM
But my neighbour assured me only yesterday that Reeves ‘misled him’ so it’s job done BBC (on behalf of Farage).
