The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune. Such an adorable, funny, witty, heartwarming book. I just recently learned there's a sequel so that makes this slightly less good as a singular book recommendation, but it absolutely stood on its own and didn't feel like a cliffhanger or anything.
