Like it's less oppressive on some maps where frontrunning is stronger like Airship Fortress or Bowser's Castle but even then you still have to play around it or risk getting target shocked

In a vacuum it's nerfed but the stronger speed items & weaker attack items + more targets to hit with it makes it wayy stronger than in 8 like 90% of games boil down to who pulls lightning, when they use it, and wether or not you have a dodge item
