- Journal prompts for when I really don't know what to write about
- Having a bunch of cute stickers, post it notes and things like that, and pens in different colours. I find it motivates me fsr

I'm also not super consistent with writing but some of the things that help me are
- Bringing my journal with me everywhere (and making sure I always have a pen with me as well)
- Not forcing myself to write about my whole day, but focusing on one/a few things that I really want to talk about(1/2)
