Made some lemon verbena icecream

First attempt at making lemon verbena ice cream. Im amazed what a tinge of salt can do to bring out the flavor..

I was this close to start the year with all 17 of tuem. Unfortunately, the weather cancelled the all, and I'm wishing it's October all over again :(

Welp... This guy is already in it's teens. Had to replace the pole with a taller one.

Trees are in full bloom all over this coastal city.
