The biting irony of course being that the narratives around “grooming” being peddled about drag queens reading children’s books at libraries are actually part of sermons directed at cishet adult men finding young wives.

I honestly couldn’t tell if he was condemning “the gay agenda” or offering evangelizing tips, but it does remind me of a moment discussing the film Jesus Camp with students where they realized that the speaker was saying Xians should appropriate Muslim evangelization methods she saw as effective.

The plain meaning is clear (originalist), the text is clear (textualist), the jurisprudence is clear (judicial restraint), and the present-day meaning of the text is clear (living constitution). There is nothing to study, only agreement. Amend it if you want to change it, and good luck with that.
