-When you have enough runes to level up, there will be a small arrow on the upper left side of your level indicator in the upper left of your screen.
-If you see a grey spirit of another player, try to make contact with it, this will restore part of your ultimate gauge. #NightReign

-If a field boss one-hits your party within the first few attacks on the first day, it's best to move on right away. I promise that one high-level boss loot ball that you spend the entire first day white-knuckle chipping down is not better than what you could get from 3 normal bosses. #Nightreign

-Thought technology: While it would be ideal to test out all available weapons and spell before going out, if you didn't do that because you wanted to start having fun (understandable), then small groups of enemies between large structures are perfect for testing out unfamiliar gear. #Nightreign

-Cathedral ruins have more enemies and chests in the upper and lower floors and at least two versions always have stonesword key chests, look for big holes or parkour opportunities.
-Open large iron gates by walking over floor buttons. If the button isn't on your side, there's another way in.

-Similarly, if you're a magic user, it's good to grab at least one melee weapon in case you run out of FP.
-Usually, it's safer to enter a mine if your entrance is closer to the edge of the safe zone than the exit.

Oh yeah, I should also mention that there's an explicit multiplayer/solo player option in the expedition settings, so offline won't change that much other than seeing phantoms if you choose to play solo (there's no message system).

You start with 6 Nightfarers unlocked and you'll need to complete certain game activities to unlock the last two. That's all I can say right now :D

Absolutely! I've already submitted my beginner article for approval, today we're working on the advanced tips. ;)
As for the offline thing, it's like Elden Ring, there's a launch setting for an online start vs an offline start.

Also, I gotta believe that they never told Gemma about everyone thinking that she's dead. She wouldn't ask about getting out if she knew that she was marked legally dead, right? Maybe they told her that she was a missing person?
