I also like how when referring to herself as natalie the focus is on her real body. After the perfume kicks in, she forgets her trauma and reverts back to calm and collected margaretha which they show through the mirror instead.

I love this whole sequence in the new story and how vera’s euphoria perfume, which “helps forget about worries” has probably been tampered with to introduce the drug that causes participants to hallucinate others as monsters (the hunters)
