How can compassion heal our fractured hearts, communities and the world?
40 police SUVs. 500 bullets. 200 penetrate 4 buildings. One deadly equation.

For some reason, I am really excited. Today, I get to love on my community. Thousands have been laid off from the CDC. Our veterans need support. Yoga Nidra is not strenuous. You lay on the floor and listen to instructions to relax specific muscles.
Come.

I am excited about NEXT Thursday, the 24th of April, because I love us even more – our community. We know that we cannot wave a compassion wand and fix everything. But we sure do know how to love on our community. Please sign up, share with every group you know. Thanks everyone!! I am grateful.

Over 100,000 federal workers have lost their jobs since inauguration. Today, 2,400 alone were laid off from the cdc.

I say that each of us can do what we can, where we can, how we can, for whom we can, when we can.

This is what we can do in this moment. Please share widely.

What can you do?

Because we need more beauty in the world! A Gustav Klimt portrait of a West African prince, was displayed for the first time in nearly a century at last week’s European Fine Art Fair in the Netherlands. a member of the Ga (Osu) people from present-day Ghana, against a backdrop of hazy floral forms.
