They are all pretty good, but definitely more a fan of the very first one, especially regarding his physical look.

I'll always push for Bahamut and Arma, always felt they were great designs somewhat let down by the graphics of the time and their games never got remakes.

The true disappointment is when they DO have a monster form, but then spend 99% of the time as a human look-alike.

Personally don't like Hollow Knight or Bug Fables visually. They are just too stylized and kind of to me at least, lose the aspects that make bugs look cool or strange.

I like a more detailed art direction/designs, but have interest in more than just mammals so even if Zoopunk didn't have ai, I'd still have passed due to it seemingly being mammals only.

I think really lanky/borz leaning ones are underrated. Only kind I don't like honestly is when its got a very human face.

I always liked these and the OOT ones a lot. Though for OOT, it was always funny to me how different the art was from the ingame version.

I liked the old look more somewhat, though I think if the concept were to be repurposed and I suppose to distinguish them from Crowmauler it could go down the path of "being consumed by the masks" and mutate at some point into full bird monsters, like male harpies.

Extremely upsetting such a loving and faithful expansion of Dark Crystal failed. Meanwhile Rings of Power and the Witcher, both apparently rather contentious interpretations of the fantasy ip they are based on are still going. I suppose it was too niche.

Nice! I always liked these and wondered what sort of head it might have had if it ever had one. I wonder if it'd be funny if there were a broken pp version. I also always liked the two bell gargoyles! If you look, they both are actually slightly different in design.

I know its not important to some, but I like the way the tail anatomy is handled here. I like cheeks and all but genuinely can't stand the "asscrack"/clipped on look some people draw.

I see newer artists struggle there more and more as discoverability seems to still be poor.
