Had to give up a 'dream job' because they werent able to compensate me properly. Nothing hurts like being irreplaceable, yet couldn't get critically required healthcare bc in spite of insurance being incredibly flexible, management willing to cover things, union wouldn't dare let anyone be different

For all that I think unions CAN be good
