Sometimes when pondering size things I include time in the powers of a giant person. What if you took a minute to carve something but the tinies saw it as thousands of years. Affecting things powerfully in another way.
Could also be gentle too - since tinies would have lots of time to escape!

I'm figuring this out and the key for me seems to be for the dom to just be a little bit more selfish than they might normally be. Give in to that voice in their head a tiiiny bit more. It's been nice to learn how to let myself indulge.

They don't take extra tasks anymore. They seem to be more interested in work-life-balance, all of a sudden, and also turned down a company-paid travel opportunity for a fun conference, which they used to be the first to jump for. They never talk about hangovers anymore.

They now avoid the break room, if it's too loud. They used to go to the bar with you all for karaoke on Fridays and they've stopped. You asked them if they finally found a partner and they just say "Sort of. Still seeing if it will work out," before tapping that weird little box of theirs.
