My elderly greyhound was cosplaying as a husky today, zooming through 18" snow @ 20° while I yelled, "Run Husky Girl, RUN!" This was 7min of pure wintery joy.

I was recently amazed at having a 20 game Solitaire winning streak only to realize the game was likely rigged to win to get players to sign up for the "play for cash scam games. It felt nice for a while, but my new real cards feel better, albeit a bit slippery & big. No score keeping is relaxing.

Remember, back in the 90s, when Amazon was just a great place to buy books, even used and obscure titles, condition guaranteed, prices good? Sigh. Today, for those with no better options, I understand. It's convenient, reliable, and relatively affordable. Sometimes we have to deal with monsters.

Last fall, a crow watched me walk my dog every morning & I would return, alone, to bring out fruit or nuts. Now, winter, a single crow, I swear the same, watches me in my yard with my dog, so I bring out treats. I always wear blk, including a blk hat. I think they think I'm family now.

In my late 20s, I learned that I was using the word mortifying incorrectly but from a woman who thought Brazil was in Europe & had once asked which World War H¡tler had been in. Now, THAT was mortifying.

Teenage girls that are more endowed are being told to cover up at school, yet NEVER has a teen boy been told to change his pants when his bump in the front is extremely bold & visible. Hmmm?

One thing Ivy Likes is that Ivy can & should be an alt nickname for Victoria. The sounds are there, so why not? I think it's charming. I'm a Victoria but now, Ivy. Tell the Vickies. They need to know about the alt Ivy.

Snow Flurries sounds SO dramatic & then comes a glittering sprinkle of a letdown. Snow, already!
