Perpetually on the search for the perfect peppermint-chocolate cold brew (NOT an iced peppermint mocha, too rich). So far Dutch Bros is in the lead but I am ever hopeful I will find one in a local coffee shop. Today’s was unfortunately just peppermint, no chocolate

Accomplished one of my bucket list items for my master’s degree—ate dinner in one of my favorite dining halls from undergrad (nothing has changed)
Roasted chicken, roasted broccoli, and a roasted tomato on a plate. A bowl of salad. A small piece of carrot cake. All served on paper products because the dishwashing machine is broken, of course.
