Nier leaves a massive impression in anybody who plays these games. I started with Automata and the storytelling blew up my mind, but I felt more emotionally connected to the Replicant cast and I prefer it over Automata a thousand times now. I wonder why this happens to some fans

James needs more love because some people have popped up after the remake saying he deserves nothing for what he did but then canon added so many hidden details about his psyche and trauma and... listen, I'm here for it. Poor man needs a break and some appreciation

I get it because I'm also a yume with horror themed lore (we're so rare so it's awesome to find another one over here) and my favourite part is the character development / exploration opportunities these contradictions give to our imagination AAAAAAAA
