Rear Delt flys (go light) - 3x15-20
Cable lateral raises - 3x8-10
Dumbbell lateral raises - 2x10

Calf raises: 3x15
Leg Extensions: 3x10-12
Hack squat: 3x10
Front foot elevated weighted split squat: 2x10
Non-weighted lunges: 3x to failure
