Its been over a year for me, and about half of that I was almost entirely bedridden. Just being able to walk up stairs normally took a while to get used to, I don't even want to think about what running would do to me right now.

I've also been dealing with some autoimmune nonsense, and the past 2 months when it's been really bad my cat Lain has been the same. She sleeps on me and follows me around the house. I've always been her person, but never to this extent.
