It's ME Awareness Day today.

I read this poetry bundle a week ago and it made me sob from start to finish. It was beautiful.

I read this book for the trans rights readathon as the main character is a nonbinary lesbian. I absolutely loved it this sci-fi heist story and all the tension between the main character and their love interest.

Review text: Another story I enjoyed was the one by the editor Robin Jo Margeret. This story is maybe the "scariest" of them all really playing into the fact that monster girls at their core are also monsters and can be terrifying. The main character is afraid of the dark and that's thoroughly familiar for me. But what if the dark actually holds a monster? And what if that horrifying monster is actually quite sexy too? The play between those emotions can be a lot of fun and this short story does this exactly right. It leads to a very fun smut scene with some hot moments filled with adrenaline that ends in a very wholesome hug. I had a lot of fun with this one and definitely think it's one of the highlights.

Review text: This was an awesome anthology that gave me so much fun! This anthology gave me many monster girls to enjoy and damn did I have a good time. The anthology gives heat levels to each story and there was a varied collection of them. The pairings were also very diverse which was great fun as well. Review text: The anthology started strong with one of my favorite ones with "How I Became a Succubus's Pet." This was a longer story about a young man that accidentally summons a sex demon. This story had a lot of emotional tension and a longer buildup towards the monster girl and the young man getting together. I loved how they wanted to get closer but both were too stubborn to, until the point they finally give us a smut scene and things came so satisfactory together. This story is about a kraken in Las Vegas meeting two cute witches at a bar and things lead from there. They eventually drive out of the bar towards a lovely secluded spot where they start getting intimate. I loved it how the two witches both reacted very different to the main character being a kraken making the way they had fun together very different. The way the magic of the witches interacted with the monster girl was really interesting and kept me hooked to the story. At the end I wished I could read more of these girls and the world so maybe that's a good call for me to look up the authors other books.

The book Love Unlimited by Reese Morrison with the text: Love Unlimited is a kinky book that does require you to read the rest of the Love Language series, but if you do and end up at this last sequel everything comes together so well. It's absolutely wholesome and at the same time full of so much amazing kinky sex with Deaf main characters. The book Felix Ever After by Kacen Callender with the text: Felix Ever After I read early on in my trans reading journey. It's a book that addresses the struggles of being outed by people you thought safe. It's thus a heavy topic but at the same time it still is such a wholesome book when you finally get to the end. The way the main character sees his gender is also very relatable to me and still means a lot. The book I Wish You All The Best by Mason Deaver with the text: I Wish You All the Best is a story rooted in deep mental health struggles. But while the main character is having a hard time at home, there are some wonderful people around them ready to fight for their rights. This story left me sobbing late at night and thinking about it for weeks. The text "Nonbinary" stands at the top. The book Fire Spells Between Friends by Sarah Wallace with the text: This book is a sequel in a series with a just as wonderful fist book. In this book a nonbinary gossip magazine editor secretly sleeps around with this Fae of high station. It's secret, until they both can't hold it in anymore and become this adorable couple that shines so bright they're unmissable. The book Lakelore by Anna-Marie McLemore with the text: LakeLore is a story about two neurodivergent teens that each have memories about this place underneath a lake. The way this story uses magical realism was so breathtaking and I was mesmerized from start to finish. The way their neurodiversity is shown with each their own struggles was also something I really enjoyed. The book The Fox and the Dryad by Kellen Graves with the text: The Fox and the Dryad is by another one of my favorite authors. This book is about the main character who loves ballet and is forced to perform for a high fey lady and this new mysterious guy who wants to help free them from her. This story about dance and deep feelings made me sob and not forget them both for ages. The book Youngman, the selected diaries of Lou Sullivan with the text: This diary collection of Lou Sullivan hit me deep when I was in the middle of bottom surgery preparation. Now having had metoidioplasty just like him makes me look up to him as a trans elder even more. To read about his life in his own words was intense but beautiful and I hope more people will get to know him. The book Am I Trans Enough from Alo Johnston with the text: This book came to me at a time I was moving away from the binary label of being a man, beginning to move more towards calling myself a flavor of nonbinary. However at that time I felt a lot of impostor syndrome feelings on not being nonbinary enough to claim that title. This book really helped me to feel confident in my identity. The book Trans and Disabled edited by Alex Iantaffi with the text: Trans and Disabled is an anthology I just finished for this Trans Rights Readathon. It has already become a favorite and makes me feel so so much. Hearing others talk about how being trans and disabled is for them made me learn a lot about other flavors of being trans and disabled, but also gave me words to describe my own experience.
