Mother of a friend of ours about to be discharged home with no support as doctor (male) assumed daughter (not friend's brother mind) would pick up the slack. Discharge now put back until meeting to arrange community services has been held.

A summer social in January looked a good idea

Perhaps we could set up quality of life indicators for part of this - asking people how aspects of their life have improved or not. Eg how satisfied am I in my ability to participate in my local community at this moment in time?

The built environment is so overlooked. Cycle lanes aplenty but pavements in disrepair. Funnily enough the most friendly built environment recently Greenwich London, light traffic, cinema, cafes, butchers, fishmongers greengrocer next to each other, great public transport, parks. Too expensive mind

Checking the paperwork, the drugs, the follow ups etc are all in place is quality control as I see it. Sick of having to chase up these things post discharge.
