So, to be clear, my lack of knowledge is regarding the public calls with 20 page regulations, but little info about the job. I know in some Spanish university and departments this is done differently and info is much clearer

Anyway, I've been recently having a look at the Spanish academic job market and, besides reading navigating through several PDFs and links to find job offers, the compensation is generally not clear, the duties are (usually) nor clear, the contract duration is (usually) nor clear.
