Anaphylaxis needs to be taken much more seriously than it is.
Epi is great - but it’s only buying you time. Biphasic reactions can be lethal.
Also - especially if you have MCAS - make sure to learn the various ways anaphylaxis can present.
It doesn’t always involve the airway.

I really want a #Bartesian for Xmas. Being responsible I thought I try to find one on fb marketplace. I had vetted a few and they seemed like scams. I came across another and vetted and went to pick it up. When I went home to use it not working.

I have faced fascism before, in this very country. I was one of 120,000 Japanese Americans summarily rounded up and expelled from our homes at gunpoint, all for the crime of looking like the people who bombed Pearl Harbor.
I spent my childhood behind barbed wire. My parents lost everything. 1/
