I cast Dress Down. I Impending'd Overlord of the Balemurk. However it did not enter as a vanilla creature with no counters on it.
Posted in the MTGO Discord and made a forum post already - according to Tabak's post this is a bug.
I think there's something powerful here. Hopefully it gets fixed.
