reverse them? there's none such tariffs to reverse; trump's the one proposing them for once he's in office. to answer the question, biden cannot reverse a future event, as much as you might suggest.

tariffs like the kind trump is imposing are paid by consumers.. a year into this i bet you’ll regret the price of processed meat, oil, wood and other imports you rely on daily

while the document is the 9th iteration of its series and trump has never endorsed it, at the very least, it represents an elaborate ensemble of bigoted, fascist proposals that align with the ideological utterances his followers praise, in apt detail to be adopted as policy.
