I badly want to play one of those "move left to shoot zombies, move right to add 20 troops" games but every time I install it, it's always immediately apparent that it's a Farmville esque base builder that makes you wait forever to play unless you spend 100$ in coins, and I uninstall
I want so badly to enjoy mobile games but the ecosystem they occupy apparently forces them into being annoying to play unless you are constantly purchasing magical coins at bizarre denominations that I refuse to understand.

It appears that after moving off of keto into a traditional nutritious diet, I have still been able to lose weight while lifting weights.
I think it's because I was too flexible on snacks and I also trained hypertrophy instead of strength
