The photos were then mapped onto a sphere, which is then rotated in this video. Mars completes one rotation (a Martian day or “sol”) in approximately 24 hours, 37 minutes. Mars looks reddish due to oxidization of iron in the rocks and regolith (Martian “soil”).

This video, produced by the Space Telescope Science Institute, showcases a 3D visualization of Herbig-Haro 49/50 (HH 49/50)—an outflow generated by the jet of a young star in the Chamaeleon I Cloud complex, 625 light-years away.

The Blue Ghost lander is designed to carry up to 150 kg of payload and is powered by 650W of solar energy. Its landing site is the Mare Crisium region on the Moon's near side. Once there, it will conduct various experiments.
