One of the biggest differences between Oura and CUDIS has been the data I received over the last 48 hours when I came down with an illness. CUDIS seems to think I’m healthy and fine, while Oura is concerned for my health. Accuracy is paramount here, let’s hope they continue to improve.

So excited to try this Cudis ring. Huge #depin fan and i'm also kinda obsessed with health data. I chose this over the new Oura 4 since i'm tired of paying $6/mo to access my own data in a nice dashboard.
