Quality earworm.

Corporate Democrats will never stand up and do anything of substance. We need to build a new political party that isn't beholden to anyone other than the people. Mamdani, AOC and Bernie are the most visible banner carriers.

no legal or political price.

Look at the state of the White House!
No approval, just bulldozers.

It’s a metaphor for his entire presidency.

The other side lets the Supreme Court gut student debt relief and just shrugs.

Guess which one wins?

currently refusing to swear in a lawmaker after swearing in a Republican under similar circumstances.

And I’m not talking about Newsom’s meme war. I mean real fighting.

Do Something!

Ask forgiveness, not permission.

One side ignores every norm and pays

Newsom thinks he can move the needle and create momentum for himself by playing Trump's media game, all it does is highlight how vapid and empty his strategy is, that he can't inspire but instead score cheap points by ridiculing the right. It's not lasting, and it reaches the wrong audience.

Has anyone tried sending the following message to Texas voters?

"hey Texas, you're being messed with."

It's the Joe Biden gambit of 2020, really. Brought in when the crop of Democrat candidates were not generating excitement.
October 14, 2025 at 5:29 AM
Honestly, the Democratic Party has already been there. The shit show in 2020 where Biden was brought into the primary because the mostly ho-hum field of primary candidates were not getting traction and Biden was propped up as a symbol of Obama nostalgia. They started to lose me then.

Shittiest take yet on the shutdown. Democrats hold exactly zero levers of actual power to make policy without the go-ahead of the fascists. Oh no, Trump will wreck the place during a shutdown.

I have news for you sweetheart, the troglodyte has been wrecking the place this whole time.

And for the most part, less Jeffries as well. Jesus wept.

LOL at 'pogue mahone'

And yet, in eight months, the societal clock has been reversed by multiple decades, and no end of that in sight. The Democratic Party has been feckless since 2016, and mediocrely centrist before that for 30 more years. They are a lost tribe looking for middle ground and being despised by everyone.

The dude clearly doesn't understand what journalism actually means. If he wants a hot liberal take, go read Meidas or something sheesh.
