The building is quite weird. Maybe you're on to something with this switcheroo....

World Showcase only "showcases" about 6% of the world. World Discovery features two attractions that take you off the world. World Celebration only has SSE and a "stage." World Nature is the closest to matching it's name.

I like the ideas of the neighborhoods and pushing the park to evolve with the 21st Century but honestly, the names are all wrong and don't actually reflect what's in each neighborhood

Exactly what the parks need. The gardens area is pretty well done.
Everyone talks about the fountain missing but the large miss for me was not including any flowing waterways with gentle fountains circling the area
