@americanair.bsky.social My husband & I were on your flight yesterday fm MIA to MAD and were served 4 Tito’s that had been previously opened - one was half full. When we told the FAs about this they were non apologetic & didn’t offer to exchange. Does AA make a habit of refilling liquor bottles?
