I have also been eating coffee beans

16 days without evil childhood snack (fingernail)

Day 9 going on 10 !

1 week keratin free diet !
Nails? In tact

We got reeeaaaallll close to 0 today but it’s 6 days since fingers in mouf

Did not commit the chewing: day 5 !
(I started this as a joke but I think it’s working 🧍🏻)
