I used to recycle hardcover reader’s digest books into smash books for fun gifts. This is one I just brought back home. I made it for my dad probably 20 years ago 💙 it has photos of his grandkids in it. 🥲

One of my favorite places to spent time is at Stitchin Post in Sisters Oregon. I’m currently mentoring with Jean Wells. Yesterday was our group meet up and there was a beautiful display of Jean’s quilts at the Twigs Gallery inside the store. I’m always so inspired by her work. ♥️

Today I attended Art Quilt Maps with @valeriegoodwinart via the @quiltynook hosted by @zakfoster.quilts 🗺️ obviously my first try but I like where it’s going and I’m excited to add embellishments to personalize and finish this piece. 👩‍🎨 Thanks for a wonderful workshop! #artquiltmaps
