Normalize inquiring about issues in private

I've seen this occur a few times throughout my time but no one says anything either because they're afraid of getting the same treatment. This should be called out more often because this behavior is petty at best and hurtful at worst. (2/2)

There's the large possibility of getting shunned from the greater community, You do something they don't like and instead of letting you know, they hold onto it until they have an excuse to throw you out like nothing. (1/2)
