I wonder if he was drunk. That happened to me recently. Guy passed me on the shoulder- nj. I beeped. He cut in front of me. I was behind him for a bit when he swerved into the other lane and then almost caused a collision at the stop. I called the police & stayed behind him. Long story short-caught!
