As federal employees were directed to scrub sites by Friday at 5 p.m., The 19th, alongside many other news organizations, jumped into archival action.

The Chicago Headline Club's new A-Mark Prize for Dogged Reporting includes a cash prize for first ($5k), second ($3k) and third place ($2k). Plus, it's free to enter and respective newsrooms receive a separate cash prize.
