I feel very grateful to be learning healthy changes from a dietician, psych, and surgeon. My biggest obstacle will be body confidence, as of course I wanna be hot, which I may never confidently feel, but I’m doing my best to remind myself I’m doing something positive regardless.

Yeah, it’s honestly feeling like it’s picking up too/worsening - probably feeling encouraged/empowered by other right wing ‘leaders’ around the world taking control 😒
