That's probably a bit problematic...

I truly didn't realize how powerful fear could be, as a deterrent and control mechanism. I knew the power with historical events, but in my own life... Wow, the self-imposed limitations because of fear are embarrassing and sad.

I deeply miss my cosy morning bowls.
