I don't want to go into the details of my divorce but there is our 10yo son involved, and it's been a long 10 years with my ex. Im taking my opportunity to spread my wings. If you send a gift note with anything you purchase and include your screen name I will draw you something for your kindness.

I'm aware some things on my list are above basic, but this is my first chance to stretch out from under the thumb of my ex and decorate in my own style, and certain things it makes more sense to get quality first so I'm not replacing it again in 6months.

What people seem to not realize is death is preferrable over rape. like oh no, please let me live and be burdened with unbearable trauma for the rest of my life because my autonomy was forcibly removed. 🙃 That sounds GREAT...

And it seemed to get the point across. Which is a level of understanding that we never had before. Not to mention all the reasons I felt pressured and forced to be so feminine growing up but that was a different conversation. I'm just glad to have a better understanding between us. 3/3
