Take soy out of foods. It's an inflammatory. Take out high fructose syrup. Worse than sugar, even though some fruits have it naturally. Take out all the added stuff no one can pronounce. It's all poison.

I also created a composting bin from an old trash can with a lid. Drilled hole in bottom and sides. So far it's working out well.
