From 2017 to 2020.
My SNAP/food stamps went from $50 a month down to $29 a month and stayed there until April of 2020.
The only reason they budged was because of the covid relief act.
So tRUMP is no friend of the poor or needy, NEVER forget that!

I checked my food stamp balance on the 7th, it was $22.05. The five sense is what was left over from last month.
