Just finished this marvellous book from @adapalmer.bsky.social and would recommend it to everyone. It was illuminating, fascinating, funny, and thought-provoking. It has now led to an even bigger list of books to read. And the final chapters on progress were wonderfully optimistic.

The walking group I run in Asturias, GM Naranco, had a fine day going up Campigüeños, 1300m of ascent and a fine easy scramble to the top.
