Same thing happened to me a while back when I started composing 😭 I think the cracks and rough moments just add to the atmosphere (like how 80% of the first game ost is just drone tracks) Still, basic doesn’t mean boring and it’s all about taking what your given and making the most of it.

It’s a pretty standard song structure, high piano notes going down octaves is great for portraying melancholy, hundreds of other songs also use it. Love your work on the ost as well 🔥

There’s references to Enki in Skin Bibles and one of the characters in Termina shares a pretty close connection to Ragnvaldr. Also the Ma’habre Streets and Runaway connection is a subtle reference to the fact that they are both piano
