Why a hotel/convention centre? I had a recent stay at a #PTBO hotel & there is hardly any business. I had chat with staff. They're hoping to make it through the winter.
Where's the staycation marketing?
I met people from across Ontario , Canada & the US at Musicfest. Washrooms messy, small stage.

For me the only thing I recall was the cut to library hours. Suppisedly to save staff. At the library at the Miskin this will mostly affect the privileged families who can afford children playing hockey. The parents appreciate the babysitting service for siblings not playing at the library.. LOL.

I am choosing hope in recovery meetings over emotionally and spiritually draining politics and people.I'm leaving Peterborough eventually. No future for me here. Lack of supports, network and community. Grateful for the journey that brought me back to OA.🙏❤️💪

That has zero to do with a "recession". It's greed/capitalism. It's manipulation to make more money. Shrink the size, charge the same or more.
